The Centre offers quality video-based education programs
and
Parenting Workshops.
In 3 sessions you can learn step-by-step skills to help you parent your child. A class leader will show you helpful videos and will guide you through fun activities and group discussion to help you learn these skills. You will also take home a Parent's Workbook and tips booklet to stay on track after the sessions are over.

Session II
Why hurtful words and actions don't help. |
Getting your child to do what you want. Simple steps for discipline (that work). Routines that make life easier. Making rules that your child will follow. How to keep you happy. |
Session III
Helping your child behave. |
Handling temper tantrums. Helping your child feel good about herself. Finding other help for problems. |
